Hi, My name is Roland Varduhn, Personal Coach and Business Trainer. Wether you’re starting a new business or struggling with your existing one - it’s a fact that 95% of all businesses fail, because of the mistakes made during start up. I love new trends, tools, books, methods of change - almost everything new. I’m an “advocat of change” and believe deep in my heart that we can create a world, where all people are empowered to reach and live their full potential and are able to express their unique talents, strenghts and personality.

I’ve been in business for the last 16 years as a consultant, coach and trainer - especially in the organic food industry. I ran also workshops, seminars and one-on-one coachings for companies and the public in the field of personal development.

Since a few months I’m on my path to transfer my know-how into valuable products and services for the internet community.

I have huge goals and my vision is to be absolute free and independant from my offline business to dedicate more time to my kids and my wife. We live in Erfurt/Thuringia, the green heart of Germany.

I’m still working on my own online-programs: Awakening The Entrepreneur Within
Awakening - Plan B - New Ground and will launch it in the late fall.
